Guodu Hong Kong Company (full name: China Guodu (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., established in October 2008) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Guodu Securities Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong to engage in comprehensive financial services with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Guodu Hong Kong Company engages in securities business through its professional subsidiaries, namely Guodu Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Guodu Futures (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Zhongcheng International Capital Co., Ltd. (asset management company). Among them, Guodu Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned professional subsidiary of Guodu Hong Kong Company that engages in securities brokerage, consulting, underwriting and other businesses. On March 20, 2009, it obtained the "Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC)" Securities Trading" license, becoming the 10th mainland securities company in Hong Kong to obtain a "Securities Trading" license from Hong Kong. Subsequently, Guodu Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was also licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to engage in the regulated activity of "providing advice on securities".
With the spirit of continuous innovation, Guodu Hong Kong Company explores the financial technology development model of securities business and is the first Hong Kong securities company to launch a securities mobile Internet application. Active in Hong Kong stock trading and IPO business.
Guodu Hong Kong Company actively seizes the development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, especially the opportunities for the development of cross-border finance in Qianhai, Shenzhen.
