GKFX PRIME, a heavily promoted stock exchange platform, is being accused of using fraudulent tactics to steal customers' assets. The victim received a message on March 18, 2020, from someone claiming to be an employee of GKFX PRIME, headquartered at 1 Le Dinh Ly, Hai Chau District, via Zalo, enticing them to invest in international stocks. Initially, the victim refused, but the employee persistently sent messages and made phone calls to persuade them. They requested the victim to take photos of both sides of their ID card to open an account on the MT4 software. After opening the account, the victim deposited $998 and was guided by an employee named Anh on how to place orders.

Anh claimed to be a senior employee of GKFX, trained abroad, and assured the victim that following her instructions would yield profits. However, she continuously urged the victim to deposit more money and place orders against the market trend, causing the victim's account to go negative. Anh also advised the victim to borrow money to deposit more, promising to help save the account. In reality, the bonus money from the platform was credited to the account, not Anh's personal funds. Following Anh's instructions, the victim deposited a total of $315,000 (8 billion VND). As a result, the victim's account was consistently in a negative state and eventually completely wiped out.

After losing the money, another employee named Bao, introduced himself as a senior employee of GKFX and promised to help the victim recover the lost capital. Trusting this promise, the victim deposited another 2 billion VND, but the account was again wiped out. Afterward, both Anh and Bao cut off all contact with the victim.

The investor was defrauded of all assets and determined to accuse accomplices of GKFX PRIME

When the victim filed a complaint with GKFX, another employee named Triet contacted them, promising to help recover the money. Triet introduced the victim to Le Khac Ngo, who claimed to be a philanthropist. Ngo persuaded the victim to sell their house and land to him, promising to help recover the lost capital through trading. However, after purchasing the property, Ngo did not fulfil his promise and instead continually advertised the victim's assets for sale.

GKFX also employs fake brokers who do not provide their full names or identification, using fake Zalo accounts and other people's profile pictures to contact customers. When they deplete a customer's funds, they cut off all communication and frequently change office locations to avoid being traced.

Currently, many victims have been and are being scammed by GKFX PRIME, with significant assets being stolen. Investigations by victims have identified key figures in the platform such as Phó Đức Nam, Trần Đình Sang, and Lê Khắc Ngọ.
