Investor Loses Billions on CH Markets

Investor Loses Billions on CH Markets

12 tháng 7 2024・ 11:21

Recently, many investors have reported being scammed while trading on the CH Markets platform. Let’s explore the situation through the following article by Info Finance.

The Tactics of CH Markets

Notably, investors on the Forex trading platform are essentially playing against the house. All lost bets belong to the house. In cases where investors win significantly, the house intervenes technically by blocking account access or placing fake orders, leading to account burns and inability to withdraw funds.

Mr. V.T.P’s case is a prime example. He filed a complaint with the Dong Thap Provincial Police, accusing that he had been defrauded of 1 billion 965 million VND. Mr. P received a call from an unknown individual introducing him to the CH Markets trading platform. To build trust, this individual claimed that CH Markets was licensed to operate in Vietnam and had its headquarters in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. After participating and following the "investment experts" instructions, Mr. P was defrauded of all his money and lost contact with the individual.

CH Markets Does Not Support Customers

Another case involves Mr. N.V.T, who placed a withdrawal order of 32,000 USD on the CH Markets platform. His available balance for withdrawal at that time was 33,199 USD, making it entirely reasonable for him to withdraw the money. However, things did not go as expected.

Mr. N.V.T continually received calls from someone named Minh Phong, demanding that he must complete enough trades to withdraw his funds. Minh Phong even threatened to freeze his money if he did not follow the instructions. Additionally, Mr. N.V.T was forced to split his money into smaller amounts, withdrawing only 3,000 USD each time. This not only caused inconvenience but also raised suspicions about Minh Phong’s authority to hold investors' withdrawal orders.

As of now, it has been 10 days since Mr. N.V.T placed the withdrawal order, but he still hasn’t received his money. He has contacted the customer support hotline and emailed the support team multiple times, but has only received evasive responses and inadequate assistance.

Depositing money into the platform but being unable to withdraw, even the principal amount, indicates that CH Markets shows signs of scamming and lacks transparency in its operations.
