The Process of Investors Being Scammed by LCM Exchange
02 tháng 8 2024・ 15:36
Scams through financial exchanges, especially in forex, are no longer unfamiliar to many people. Recently, a scam through LCM exchange occurred, causing significant losses to a victim's family. Through the victim's story below, Info Finance aims to warn everyone about the sophisticated tricks that fraudulent exchanges are using.
Testimony from the Victim

It all began on August 1, after numerous calls from LCM exchange employees promoting huge profits from forex, the victim's mother was persuaded and started depositing money into a trading account. Initially, she deposited $2,000 and saw that all trades were profitable. By August 17, she decided to deposit another $6,500, believing she would earn even more.
When the victim's father noticed the large sum being deposited into the trading account, he called his son to check. The victim quickly warned his mother that LCM exchange showed signs of being a scam, but his mother only replied, "Don't give me a headache."
The victim's mother wanted to withdraw money from the account on August 17, but LCM exchange employees claimed that it could only be withdrawn the next day. On August 18, they said the money was tied up in trades and could not be withdrawn. When the victim reminded his mother to withdraw the money, she was once again convinced by the profitable trades and decided not to withdraw.
After depositing an additional 200 million VND, the victim's mother started making trades according to the directions of self-proclaimed experts. Initially, the account was profitable, but then the situation worsened. LCM exchange employees gave a series of trades without stop loss (SL) and take profit (TP), causing the account to gradually go into the red.
As of today, LCM exchange employees continuously called, urging the victim's mother to deposit another 200 million VND to maintain the account. Fortunately, the victim's father locked all bank accounts, and his mother decided not to answer the phone anymore.
The victim shared that if his mother hadn't kept this matter a secret, things might not have turned out so badly. This is a costly lesson, not only for the victim's family but for everyone. Always be cautious and thoroughly research before deciding to invest in any exchange.
